Conker counting

 This week the Tigers have been working hard on their maths. We have been counting conkers out to match numeral cards and even been challenged to add 2 groups of conkers together! 

Cars & Painting

This week Tigers and Cubs have been busy drawing roads for our cars to make their deliveries and tractors to plough the fields. 

We've been exploring sand and conkers. 

We've loved sharing books together.

We've also done some lovely, colourful painting outside together. 

 

Bug hotel!

Tigers & Cubs have been fascinated by the bugs they have been finding during forest school sessions so this week we made our own bug hotel! The children worked together to paint the bug hotel camouflaged colours so it blended in with the trees. They they worked together to collect leaves, soil, stones, bark, twigs, moss and anything else they thought the bugs would like to hide in. There was lots of great team work happening and I think you'll agree the finished product looks awesome! Now we just need to wait for it to fill with lots of bugs and make our own little sign!
